Digital Merchant purchases bulk data at a discounted price

Subscriber clicks on and downloads content

Digital Merchant chooses a ‘chunk size’ to be ‘gifted’ to each subscriber for downloading the content (eg 500MB, 1GB)

The ‘gifted’ (free) data chunk is provisioned for the subscriber to use
